Daniel Nolan

Director

Timaru born and raised, Daniel’s been in the building trade since 1999. He gained valuable experience working for construction firms, eventually becoming leading hand and foreman on a number of large architectural building projects.

Daniel founded Nolan Building to serve the people of Timaru and the wider South Canterbury area. He’s actively involved in all Nolan Building projects, and will keep you up-to-date with what’s happening on your home.

Kaylene Nolan

Administrator / QS

Growing up on a South Canterbury dairy farm gave Kaylene all the necessary skills to keep the Nolan Building team in line.

In addition to running the administration side of the business, Kaylene’s years in the construction supply industry, plus her Quantity Surveying experience means Nolan Building is built on a solid foundation with a strong partnership at its centre.
